I think this is not news anymore that exercise is good for your brain. But we are investigating the details of what types of exercise, what is the optimal intensity and duration of exercise that are good for memory and cognition in general. We are also investigating the predictors in the blood that could give us more information about how individuals are impacted by the exercise. Stay tune for more on this project!
